Our city employs thousands of employees. To support each of these employees, the HR Department offers many services. You can come to them for training, for example, or for guidance during a merger. But do all those employees know they can do that? Time to bring them up to speed, with a fun, easy-to-understand animated video.
The customer
Ghent is a compact city that has the heartbeat of a metropolis. It's a vree wijze place with a glorious past as well as a focus on the future. To keep everything in this city on the right track, the city has many different departments.
The challenge
The HR Department offers many services. They are varied, and not always easy to summarise. So how can we provide a clear overview, in such a short amount of time?
How do we translate all of this content into a short video? One that holds the viewer's attention from start to finish?
Our solution
What if all departments had their own floor in the HR Department's metaphorical building? We take our viewers for a behind-the-scenes look at each floor, introducing each service one by one.
No complex scenarios, but simple scenes that illustrate what each department does. This way we motivate the viewer to learn more about what the HR department can do for him.
