Do you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or about how we handle data? If so, please contact us using the information in the "Contact" section below.

On our website, you can download a price list in exchange for your email address. We store that address in our website’s form submissions (with the same retention period as contact forms) and use it to follow up with you personally once—for example, with a brief introduction, a proposal for a meeting, or an invitation to subscribe to our newsletter. We do not automatically add you to a mailing list.

Would you like to receive our newsletter? If so, please check the box when downloading. That box is unchecked by default: the download and the newsletter are two separate options.

Legal Bases for Processing

Consent

We process personal data when you have given us your explicit consent for a specific purpose, such as receiving marketing communications or the use of non-essential cookies.

You may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that took place prior to the withdrawal.

Legitimate Interest

We process personal data when it is necessary for our legitimate interests or those of a third party, provided that those interests do not override your rights and interests.

Our legitimate interests include, among other things, providing and improving our services, securing our website, preventing fraud, and analyzing how our services are used.

In certain cases, you have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. See our Privacy Rights for more information.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to make our website work, analyze its use, and support certain features.

Some cookies are necessary for the website to function; others are used for analytics, performance measurement, or advertising.

For detailed information about the cookies we use and how to manage your preferences, please see our Cookie Policy.

Retention Periods

We do not retain personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.

When determining retention periods, we take into account the nature and sensitivity of the data, the purpose for which it was collected, and the applicable legal requirements.

When we process personal data based on consent, we retain it until you withdraw your consent or until the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Specifically: We delete submissions made via the contact form and the price tag download that are older than 18 months during our annual cleanup. Newsletter subscribers remain on the list until they unsubscribe. Analytics data is subject to the retention periods specified by Google Analytics, as described below.

Google Analytics retains event data for 2 months. User data is retained for 14 months, starting from the visitor’s last activity; this period resets with each new visit. The lifespan of the associated cookies is separate from this and is specified in the cookie policy.

When personal data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

International Transfer of Data

Our company is based in Belgium.

When personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect that data.

Such safeguards may include:

  • An Adequacy Decision
  • Standard Contractual Clauses (EU SCCs)

You can contact us for more information about the safeguards associated with a specific data transfer.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

We do everything reasonably possible to protect your data, but no system or data transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

Privacy Rights

Last updated:  September 3, 2026

Introduction

Depending on where you are located, you have certain rights regarding your personal data. This page explains what those rights are, who they apply to, and how you can exercise them.

Would you like to submit a request? If so, please see the “Exercising Your Rights” section below.

Your Rights Under the GDPR

Are you located in the European Union or the European Economic Area? If so, the following rights apply to your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Right of Access

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, along with information about how we use it. This is also known as a request for access.

Right to Correction

You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

Right to erasure

In certain cases, you have the right to request that we delete your personal data: for example, when the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, when you withdraw your consent and no other legal basis applies, or when the data was processed unlawfully.

This right is not absolute. We may be required to retain certain data to comply with a legal obligation or to initiate, exercise, or substantiate legal claims.

Right to Restriction of Processing

In certain cases, you have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data: for example, while we verify the accuracy of data you have disputed, or when you have objected to processing based on a legitimate interest and we are assessing that objection.

When processing is restricted, we may continue to store your data, but we will not process it further without your consent, except in limited cases permitted by law.

Right to Data Portability

When we process your personal data based on consent or a contract, and that processing is automated, you have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You may also request that we transfer that data directly to another data controller, if technically feasible.

Right to Object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data when we rely on a legitimate interest. In that case, we will stop the processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your rights, or when the processing is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. If you object, we will stop that processing immediately.

Right to Withdraw Consent

When we process your personal data based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that took place prior to the withdrawal.

Exercising Your Rights

Would you like to submit a request regarding your privacy rights? Please contact us at:

Email: hello@wellplayed.video

Please provide your name, the country where you are located, and a clear description of the right you wish to exercise.

To protect your personal information, we may ask you to verify your identity before we process your request. We will not use the information you provide for this purpose for any other reason.

We aim to respond to all valid requests within 30 days. In the case of complex or numerous requests, we may extend this deadline, to the extent permitted by law. If we extend the deadline, we will let you know.

We do not charge any fees for processing your request, unless it is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Changes to this page

We may update this page from time to time to reflect changes in the law or in our practices.
