Fagron: Nourisil

An accident can happen quickly. And so can a scar. But you don't have to resign yourself to having a scar: with Nourisil, you can reduce it quite a bit. How can we visualise that story with the necessary sensitivity? With an animated video, 100% tailored to the situation.

The customer

Together with medical professionals and pharmacists, Fagron strives to improve personalised medicine and make it (more) accessible to patients. In this way, they aim to have a significant impact on both the health and well-being of their customers.

The challenge

Nourisil is a powerful remedy, but it does not work overnight. It is intended for different types of scars, which are not always pretty to look at. And we also need to clearly explain its medical effects to a target audience without medical knowledge.  

These three challenges would be a lot harder to overcome if we were using camera footage. With animation, on the other hand, we know exactly what to do.

Our solution

Soft colours, sympathetic characters, a warm voiceover ... we gather all the necessary ingredients to make the right impact. We reinforce these ingredients with text-on-screen and clear diagrams. So that every viewer understands the message.  

We also incorporate a packshot of the product, and give clear instructions on how to use Nourisil correctly. That way, the viewer knows everything they need to know, all in just one minute.
