VAB: Online roadside assistance

Did your car break down on the road? Then you call VAB. But lots of people do the same thing, so sometimes you're left on hold for a long time. To help their customers faster, VAB now offers online roadside assistance. We made a video that not only highlights the benefits, but also shows you exactly what to expect.

The customer

VAB is Belgium's most comprehensive mobility organisation, offering its members a wide range of services and products to maximise their mobility. They ensure in various ways that their customers spend less time stuck in one place and more time enjoying the drive.

The challenge

Not every customer or potential customer is internet savvy. So we have to make it clear that getting online roadside assistance is really very easy. And that it's a better option than calling. 

How do we make sure that every viewer feels engaged, and is completely convinced after watching?

Our solution

We combine some recognisable situations with clear, step-by-step explanations. We also show the screen you will see on your smartphone each time, so there can be no confusion. 

We finish the video with a happy ending for each of our characters. Merci, VAB!
