Delaware: Fuse

Lots of companies use both Microsoft software and SAP. Because those platforms don't talk to each other, a lot of redundant work needs to be done. Fortunately Delaware has come up with a solution. To launch this solution successfully, we created a crystal clear animated video.

The customer

Delaware is an international player that delivers advanced IT solutions and services. They provide guidance for their customers during business and digital transformations.

The challenge

With Fuse, you save time and money. It's not a complicated message. But how do we get the viewer to believe us? We need more than a list of what Fuse can do. We need a story. 

But not just any story: we need to show that we understand the day-to-day frustrations of the average office worker. And then solve them, with Fuse.

Our solution

Once Fuse is introduced, you'll notice the difference in the office. Fewer frustrations, fewer mistakes, and more time for other tasks. And that can take employees coming back from a holiday by surprise.

No boring list in this video, but a narrator who addresses our main character directly. And explains step by step how Fuse made his colleagues' daily tasks a lot easier.

Script and storyboard

Our main character returns to the office after several weeks of holiday. In his absence, a lot has changed: his colleagues, the atmosphere, the piled-up stack of to-do's ... What happened here? Our narrator reveals the answer: his company got Fuse. 

We combine likeable characters with a lighthearted tone and a colourful setting. The result? A short, powerful video that has the right impact.
