Meat & More: Employer branding

To find your new colleagues, you have to compete with a lot of other companies. So your story needs to stand out in a sea of other messages. For situations like this, video is a powerful weapon. Especially if it's a video with character, that attracts and holds attention for a long time.

The customer

Meat & More is a fast-growing food company based in Aalter. Their focus is no longer solely on fresh meat, but also on prepared meals and quick lunches. The supply chain of Meat & More is largely under their own control, from the selection of raw materials to sales in its own retail outlets.

The challenge

In the office, in the factory, in the store: working at Meat & More can take many forms. But no matter what the work looks like, at Meat & More there is always room for a heavy dose of fun. And we want to highlight that company culture. 

In addition, it is important that our viewers remember the name Meat & More for a long time. How do we make sure our message sticks?

Our solution

We give some Meat & More products a face, and most importantly: a voice. In doing so, we create a singing choir of sausages and other delicacies that accompany our main character from scene to scene. 

We show some of the different environments you might find yourself in as a Meat & More employee, and sum up why working there is so much fun. We punctuate each scene  with an upbeat chorus, courtesy of our delicious choir.
